Organizing Roundtable

Join The Architecture Lobby for a roundtable discussion and workshop led by architectural workers organizing for a safe return to the office!

Return to Work Roundtable (2:00-2:45pm EDT)

As we listen to the experiences of architectural workers over the past several months of working from home, we will begin to unpack what this crisis has revealed about labor conditions before the pandemic, what measures are necessary to ensure that our return to the office is both just and safe, and how we want to shape the future of practice.

Organizer Training Workshop (2:45-3:30pm EDT)

How can you organize for change within and beyond your workplace? This workshop will cover basic organizing skills for starting conversations with co-workers and bosses, with a special emphasis on some of the challenges that are unique to architecture.

A Zoom link will be sent via email to all registered attendees prior to the event.
